Shipping Policy

Effective date: 16 August 2025 - This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed at Sabina London (Sabina Hair & Cosmetics Tooting Ltd).

Summary: Fast, Clear UK shipping

We ship to UK addresses only. Orders over £20 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders are processed within Same business day. Tracked and express options are available at checkout.

1. Where we deliver

We currently ship to delivery addresses within the United Kingdom only (including mainland Great Britain and Northern Ireland). We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Order processing & dispatch

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing includes picking, packing, and handing the parcel to our carrier. Orders placed before 4:30 PM (UK time) on business days are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after 4:30 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day. Once dispatched, the carrier’s transit time applies.

3. Shipping options & carriers

We mainly use Royal Mail for UK deliveries and offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Standard Delivery (Tracked)

Economical tracked service. Transit: usually 1-3 business days after dispatch.

Express (Next-day / Tracked 24)

Faster Next-day delivery for urgent orders. Available at extra cost and shown at checkout when selected.

4. Shipping costs

We offer free standard shipping on UK orders over £20. For orders under £20 a standard shipping charge applies.

5. Delivery estimates

Delivery times = processing time  + carrier transit time. For example, a standard tracked order typically arrives within 1-3 business days from the order date.

6. Tracking & delivery confirmation

You will receive a tracking number by email after dispatch. Use this number on the carrier's tracking page. If a signature is required, the driver will attempt delivery and leave collection details if you are not home.

7. Delays, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is delayed, check tracking first. If tracking shows a problem or the parcel is lost, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and assist with a claim where applicable.

Important: If delivery does not arrive within a reasonable time, UK consumer regulations allow you to cancel and request a full refund if the seller cannot deliver within the agreed period (or within 15 days where no period was agreed).

8. Orders you cannot place / restricted items

All items sold on our site are cosmetic and beauty products. Some items may require adult signature on delivery; checkout will note this where applicable.

9. Cancelling or changing an order

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us quickly. If the order has not been dispatched we will try to amend or cancel. Once dispatched, returns follow our Returns Policy.

10. Customs, duties & international orders

We do not ship internationally at this time. UK orders do not incur import duties. If international shipping is added in future we will publish clear terms about duties and customs.
